This the follow up class for Pattern Making - Basic Skirt Block.
Service Description
Duration: 3 hours Note: This class is taught in English but all handouts will be in English and Spanish. What will you learn in this workshop? - Learn how to cut the fabric using your basic skirt pattern block. - Learn how to sew a skirt. - Learn how to sew invisible zips. - Learn how to sew waistbands. Note: Overlocking is not included in this class but will be discussed briefly. What will you need for this class? - Basic to intermediate knowledge in sewing - Attended Basic Pattern Making: Basic Skirt Pattern Block or has a basic skirt pattern block ready - Fabric scissors - Domestic sewing machine - Thread picker - Snipper scissors - Tape measure There are also two available domestic sewing machines that can be borrowed in class but first come, first serve, Please enquire before class. The following can also be borrowed in class. Please enquire before class. - Thread picker - Snipper scissors - Tape measure Calico fabric, invisible zip and hook & eye will be provided.
