Our candles are produced with great care. We hope you will love them but if for any reason you do not, return them unused with the box within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them, no questions asked. Please note there are no returns or refunds on sale items.

Goods are returned to Ruscoe Artfashion at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty we will credit the cost of the postage to your account.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candle out of reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 8cm between burning candles. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. Only burn the candle on a level heat resistant surface. Do not move a burning candle. Place candle in an upright position. Keep wax pool clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring. Keep wick trimmed to 1cm and discontinue use when 1.2cm of wax remains on bottom.
